The Clearview Clippers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their seventh straight defeat. They had to suffer through a rough 63-19 loss at the hands of Keystone. Clearview has struggled against the Wildcats recently, as their contest on Wednesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Keystone's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Madyson Sokolowski, who scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jessica Forthofer, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 15 rebounds.
Clearview has not been sharp recently as the team's lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season. As for Keystone, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 18-0.
Clearview will head out on the road to take on the The Phoenix at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Oberlin is on a nine-game streak of home losses, the Clippers a nine-game streak of away losses (dating back to last season), but someone's luck is about to change. Keystone will take on the Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Columbia is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
