Meanwhile, Crosstown's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fifth straight defeat. They took a serious blow against Trezevant, falling 59-27.
Lakeland Preparatory has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Crosstown, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
