Bethel walked away with a 55-48 victory over Notre Dame Catholic. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Bethel.
Notre Dame Catholic's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Madison Gibbs, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklyn Gonzalez, who scored eight points.
Bethel's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Notre Dame Catholic, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
Bethel will head out on the road to take on New Fairfield at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. New Fairfield will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. Notre Dame Catholic will take on Joel Barlow at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Joel Barlow is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
