There's no place like home for Caprock Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the North Park Wildcats 3-0 on Friday. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Eagles yet this season.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Caprock Academy took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-10, 25-7.

Caprock Academy can attribute much of their success to Katie Repshire, who had nine digs and two assists. Matok Fay also deserves some recognition as she had her first blocks of the season.

Caprock Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 17 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North Park only served two aces.

Caprock Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for North Park, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Caprock Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Vail Mountain on the 20th. As for North Park, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Soroco on the 20th.
