On Monday, Stamford came up short against Immaculate and fell 60-53.
Immaculate found their leader in underclassman Kendra Foy, who scored 23 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Callie Miller was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Stamford bumped their record down to 1-1 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Immaculate, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Stamford will be home for the holidays to greet Norwalk at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Immaculate, they will head out on the road to face off against Notre Dame Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
