The Institute of Tech Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Binghamton Patriots at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Institute of Tech will be strutting in after a victory while Binghamton will be coming in after a loss.
Last Friday, Institute of Tech earned a 46-38 victory over Cortland. Given Institute of Tech's advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 263rd, while Cortland is ranked 638th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Binghamton pushed their score all the way to 72 last Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 78-72 hit to the loss column at the hands of Middletown.
Institute of Tech's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Binghamton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
