On Friday, Kewaskum is packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Merrill at 7:00 PM. Kewaskum has the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.
Kewaskum took care of business in their home opener. They strolled past Milwaukee Lutheran with points to spare last Friday, taking the game 48-30.
Meanwhile,, Merrill couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 3-34 walloping at Amherst hands.
Kewaskum's lifted them to 1-0 while Merrill's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Kewaskum can add another positive mark to their record or if Merrill can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Kewaskum's step.
