Ogden International scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Chicago Marshall 91-88. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Ogden International as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
It was another big night for Alonte' Reynolds, who scored 43 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Ogden International's points. Another player making a difference was Deshawn Perry-Tucker, who scored 15 points.
Several Commandos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was MARQUIS WILLIAMS, who scored 26 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points WILLIAMS has scored all season. Keith Currin was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
Ogden International now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Chicago Marshall, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
Ogden International will head out on the road to face off against the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Chicago Marshall, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against the Bengals at 5:30 p.m. on January 20th. One thing working in Hansberry's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matchups.
