Those six assists gave DiQui a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Grace Allgood, who posted 18 points and four steals.
Willows Academy suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 22-7. As for Yorkville Christian, their win bumped their record up to 18-8.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Willows Academy will venture away from home to challenge Lake Forest Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Yorkville Christian, they are taking a road trip to square off against Plano at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
