Episcopal can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 56-7 victory over Baker. Given Episcopal's advantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana football rankings (they are ranked 105th, while Baker is ranked 254th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, King Charter's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They had just enough and edged Metairie Park Country Day out 22-19. The win was just what King Charter needed coming off of a 47-12 defeat in their prior contest.
Episcopal has yet to lose a contest on the road this season, leaving them with a 7-3 record. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.6 points per game. As for King Charter, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.
