BARAJAS is crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: she's   stolen at least two every time she's  taken the field this season.  ANDREA SANCHEZ was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing three bases while  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Luis Valdez Leadership Academy suffered a  rough 21-6 defeat at the hands of DCP Alum Rock  last Wednesday. Luis Valdez Leadership Academy has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Latino College Preparatory Academy pushed their record up to 4-0 with that  victory, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season. As for Luis Valdez Leadership Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
