Columbus Christian Academy fell 44-36 to the Knights. Columbus Christian Academy just can't catch a break and has now endured four defeats in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Liberty Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than DJ Cuffee, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Cuffee has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Tanner Kuykendall, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Columbus Christian Academy dropped their record down to 1-8 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Liberty Christian Academy, their victory ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-11.
Columbus Christian Academy will take on the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Liberty Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge the Pacers at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
