Jarrett Helman posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he rushed for 162 yards and two TDs. He also passed for four passing touchdowns, which is notable because Shenandoah is undefeated when he posts at least three passing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

Coming up, Helman and Shenandoah will square off against Eastern Hancock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Helman will face off against Elijah Edon, the Royals' star QB.
