Volleyball Recap: Grace Academy Wins Going Away Against Union Preparatory

Grace Academy's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Union Preparatory Polar Bears with a sharp 3-0 win. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Polar Bears recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Grace Academy not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Union Preparatory between 14 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 25-14.

Grace Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Union Preparatory, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Grace Academy is set to face off against their familiar foe Providence Classical at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Union Preparatory will challenge rival The Fletcher School at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
