Basketball Recap: Max Currie Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Central Bucks South

Neshaminy posted their biggest victory since December 15, 2023 on Monday. Everything went their way against the Central Bucks South Titans as the Neshaminy Skins made off with a 59-34 win. The Skins have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Titans, too.

Neshaminy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Max Currie led the charge by putting up nine points and four blocks. That's the most blocks Currie has posted since back in December of 2023. Jason Gilardi was another key player, posting eight points.

Neshaminy pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Central Bucks South, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Neshaminy will venture away from home to square off against Pennridge at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pennridge will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Neshaminy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Central Bucks South, they will take on Central Bucks East at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
