Wolfson is 8-2 against Stanton since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Wolfpack will host the Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Wolfson's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They blew past Englewood 19-0. The Wolfpack haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Addison Booher made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Booher was even better at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Those three stolen bases gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Addison VanArsdale and Hannah E. Roberts did most of the damage at the plate: VanArsdale got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three stolen bases, four runs, and two RBI, while Roberts got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Emerson Mercer was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Wolfson hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters in eight consecutive contests dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Stanton got the win against Parsons Christian Academy on Monday by a conclusive 17-1.
Like Wolfson, Stanton also got a great game from a two-way player: Leah Joseph. Throwing, Joseph struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Meanwhile, Marissa Joseph tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. At the plate, Joseph got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three runs and one RBI, while Marissa got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Adriana Kendrick was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Another player making a difference was Maddie Hicks, who got on base in two of her four plate appearances with two RBI and one run.
Wolfson's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Stanton, their win bumped their record up to an identical 2-0.
Everything went Wolfson's way against Stanton in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, as Wolfson made off with a 15-0 victory. Do the Wolfpack have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Blue Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
