The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Inspired Vision in their matchups with Life Oak Cliff: they've now lost four in a row.
When it comes to explaining why Inspired Vision lost, one person who can't be blamed is Tyree Sheffield. Despite the final result, he scored 34 points. That was a full 64.2% of Inspired Vision's points, marking the 11th time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Jesus Garcia, who scored ten points.
Inspired Vision has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season. As for Life Oak Cliff, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-9.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Trinity Leadership the next time they take the court. Life Oak Cliff will head out to face Trinity Leadership at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Inspired Vision will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
