Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Bigelow Panthers walked away with it. They strolled past the Warriors with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 28-14. The win was just business as usual for Bigelow, who after 14 games remain undefeated this season.
Several Warriors players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cooper Argo, who threw for 184 yards and two touchdowns. Omar Mccuiston was another key contributor, picking up 109 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Bigelow's win bumped their record up to 14-0. As for East Poinsett County, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-2.
Bigelow does not have any more games scheduled as of now. East Poinsett County also has no future games currently scheduled.
