After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wahama, Ritchie County was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Bridgeport Indians with a sharp 13-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Rocklyn Marcum was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Marcum was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in May of 2024.
