When it comes to explaining why Heavener lost, one person who can't be blamed is Bryce Morrison. Despite the final result, he scored 15 points along with two steals. Zaid Rodriguez was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Heavener's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Pocola, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 15-0.
