Brockway took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. They blew past the Kane Wolves 19-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Rovers have posted against the Wolves since May 2, 2017.
Brockway got a massive performance out of Ella Reitz, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Meeca Smith, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brockway will face off against St. Marys at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Kane will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Brockway at 4:15 p.m. on March 26th.
