In what's become a running theme this season, the McDermitt Bulldogs gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lund 82-46 on the road. McDermitt's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead McDermitt to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kiarra Crutcher, who scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sadie Hinkey, who scored 20 points.
McDermitt has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Lund, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-14.
McDermitt will take on Jackpot at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McDermitt is facing Jackpot at the right time seeing as Jackpot is stuck on a 14-game losing streak. As for Lund, they will head out on the road to take on Wells at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Nevada (Wells is ranked 71st, while Lund is ranked 87th).
