Eastmont has gone 7-2 against West Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Meanwhile, after soaring to 41 points the game before, West Valley was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They were beaten by Moses Lake 72-7. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked 139th, while the Mavericks are ranked 11th).
West Valley has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Eastmont, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
Eastmont took their win against West Valley in their previous meeting back in November of 2024 by a conclusive 34-12 score.
