The Sonora Wildcats entered their tilt with the Bret Harte Bullfrogs with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. Sonora enjoyed a cozy 63-47 victory over the Bullfrogs on Tuesday. That's another feather in the cap for Sonora, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Parker Moore went supernova for Sonora, dropping a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Noah Wright, who scored 12 points along with six assists.
Sonora pushed their record up to 16-10 with that win, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points per game. As for Bret Harte, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sonora will take on the Bears at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Bret Harte, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Red Hawks at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
