The team  relied heavily on  Caleb Forstner, who  got on base  in all four of his plate appearances with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaden Olsen, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  triple, two  RBI,  and one  run.
 New Ulm Cathedral  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters  in five consecutive  games.
