SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - After taking the lead in the fourth quarter,
Highland (Salt Lake City, Utah) held on for a 20-14 victory over
Olympus (Salt Lake City, Utah) on Saturday. The difference for the Rams was
Adam Webber ran for a touchdown.
After taking the lead on a rushing touchdown, the Titans went into halftime with a 14-3 lead. The Rams took the lead for good with a Webber touchdown run in the fourth quarter.
Despite scoring zero points in the third, Highland still trailed by 11 points going into the fourth quarter. But 17 points in the fourth helped HHS pull out the victory.
Austin Peterson stood out for the Rams in the win. He threw one touchdown.
Highland had given up an average of 16.1 points prior to the contest.
The defeat comes as a step back for Olympus, which notched a 21-14 victory over Woods Cross in its previous outing. The loss snapped Olympus' 3-game winning streak.
