The Mays Raiders posted their biggest victory yet this season on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 82-46 win over Villa Rica on the road. With Mays ahead 45-18 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Leading Mays to victory were Germani Wilson and Derron Lindsey ii. Wilson dropped a double-double on 17 points and 26 rebounds, while Lindsey ii scored 26 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Wilson has scored all season. Omari Barnes was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Mays' victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-4. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 21.67 points. As for Villa Rica, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.
Coincidentally, Mays and Villa Rica will both be playing Jackson the next time they take the court. Villa Rica will host Jackson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Mays will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
