The result was an unpleasant reminder to Kearny Christian Academy of the 53-22 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.
Kearny Christian Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nathan Brito, who scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Brito has scored all season. Bryan Garcia was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Kearny Christian Academy's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Faith Christian, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-10.
