Uintah and Cedar squared off in some playoff action  on Monday, but Uintah had to settle for second. They took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Reds. The Utes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
 Madison Fisher paced Uintah's offense, picking up five kills. Fisher got some help from  Abbie Davis and her 11 assists. Finally,  Fisher was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.
Uintah's defeat dropped their record down to 14-18. As for Cedar,  the  win  got them back to even at 15-15.
 Uintah does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cedar, they will square off against Mountain Crest at 11:45  a.m.  on Tuesday.
