The Kirby Prep Griffins lost against the Pacific Collegiate Pumas back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Kirby Prep took a serious blow against Pacific Collegiate, falling 75-22. Kirby Prep has not had much luck with Pacific Collegiate recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
Several Griffins players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brooke Alden, who scored 11 points. Another player making a difference was Henry Annon, who scored seven points.
Kirby Prep's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Pacific Collegiate, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-6.
Kirby Prep's road trip will continue as they head out to face Ceiba College Preparatory Academy at 7:00 p.m. on February 12th. Pacific Collegiate does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
