They had to suffer through a rough 66-36 loss at the hands of First Presbyterian Day. Mount de Sales Academy has not had much luck with First Presbyterian Day recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Julia Bonbrake was Mount de Sales Academy's leading scorer, having posted 12 points.
Laura lillie Sparks held things down on the boards with nine rebounds. She took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with three assists.
Mount de Sales Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for First Presbyterian Day, their victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-2.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Stratford Academy the next time they take the court. First Presbyterian Day will head out to face Stratford Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Mount de Sales Academy will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
