Little Falls was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Sauquoit Valley on Friday. The Little Falls Mounties took their matchup with ease, bagging a 70-43 victory over the Sauquoit Valley Indians. The Mounties have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 25 points or more this season.

Little Falls' win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Sauquoit Valley, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Little Falls will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Sherburne-Earlville at 7:00 p.m. on January 7th.
