After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bound Brook, Middlesex was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 23-2 margin over the South River Rams. The result was nothing new for the Bluejays, who have now won seven contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

Middlesex's win bumped their record up to 11-8. As for South River, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Middlesex will have a chance to go back-to-back against South River: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
