The Stadium Tigers will square off against the Tahoma Bears at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Stadium is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.
Stadium will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one run last Tuesday, then bounced right back against Kennedy Catholic on Thursday. The Tigers put the hurt on the Lancers with a sharp 17-7 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won three matches by ten runs or more so far this season.
Lily Hart spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned (and two unearned) runs on four hits and racked up eight Ks. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.2 strikeouts per game.

Alexa Ramirez made a splash no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Taryn Jones, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season.
