Waynesville added to the longest winning streak in Southwestern Buckeye - Buckeye this week by beating Milton-Union, 31-7. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
Preble Shawnee fell to Carlisle 54-14 last week, the largest margin of any game. Wyatt Austin was a bright spot for the Arrows, as he ran for 55 yards and caught 6 passes for 82 yards in the loss.
Preble Shawnee's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Arrows feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Joby Williams has thrown for 1,741 yards and 15 touchdowns this season, while Trey Smith has 48 catches for 827 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Waynesville takes on Madison Senior. Brandon Philpot.'s team is in first place, while the Mohawks are in third place.
The Indians led the league in scoring this week by notching 54 points on Preble Shawnee.
