The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Bluegrass has struggled recently with three defeats in a row, while Christian Educational Consortium will arrive with four straight wins.

Christian Educational Consortium posted their biggest victory since December 2, 2023 last Saturday. They breezed by Evansville HomeSchool R at home to the tune of 50-20. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Christian Educational Consortium had established a 28 point advantage.
Christian Educational Consortium's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rachel King, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds. King is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Ariana Wynder was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with ten rebounds and six steals.
Bluegrass' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Christian Educational Consortium, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.
Bluegrass was dealt a bruising 73-16 defeat at the hands of Christian Educational Consortium when the teams last played back in December of 2021. The matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Bluegrass was down 45-10.
