The Conrad Chargers''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 34-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of Samuell. Conrad was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Samuell apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September.
Conrad's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Deanthony Flagge, who picked up 187 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Flagge was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 62 yards. Another player making a difference was Ladavian Frost-harris, who threw for 237 yards and two touchdowns on only 16 passes.
Conrad has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Samuell, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7.
Conrad does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Samuell also has no future games currently scheduled.
