After a string of three wins, Spokane's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Russellville Indians. Considering the last time the Owls couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Despite the defeat, Spokane had strong showings from Carley Collins, who had 15 digs and two aces, and Chezney Lee, who had 11 digs and one assist.

Paige Calvird was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 13 digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last four matches.

Spokane's loss dropped their record down to 22-5-3. As for Russellville, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6-1 record this season.
