You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Foothill's strategy against Shasta on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Foothill Cougars blew the Shasta Wolves out of the water with a 61-29 final score. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Foothill was led to victory by Matt Poulsen and Cade Memeo. Poulsen posted 23 points and five boards, while Memeo went 8 of 11 on his way to 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Turner Knowles, who had three points and five rebounds.

Foothill's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-6. As for Shasta, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season.
