Prestonwood Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Allie Swindell out in front who scored 11 points along with five rebounds. The contest was Swindell's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Londyn Oliphant was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with seven rebounds.
Prestonwood Christian's win bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Bishop Lynch, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season.
Prestonwood Christian will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Southwest Christian School at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th. Southwest Christian School will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 326th, while Prestonwood Christian is ranked 114th). Bishop Lynch will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Liberty Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 5, 2024.
