If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Pendleton. On Friday they take on Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts at 7:00 PM. Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts will need to watch out since Pendleton have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.
While not quite a landslide, the contest between Pendleton and Scappoose last Friday was still a pretty decisive one as Pendleton wrapped it up with a 47-27 victory.
Meanwhile, Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts came up short against Parkrose, falling 14-21. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts.
Pendleton's win lifted them to 4-0 while Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts's loss dropped them down to 1-3. We'll see if Pendleton's success rolls on or if Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts are able to steal their positive momentum.
