Brocton blew past Forestville Central 66-44. The victory was just business as usual for Brocton, who after three games remain undefeated this season.
Maple Grove's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-0. As for Brocton, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-0.
Everything came up roses for Maple Grove against Brocton when the teams last played back in January as the team secured a 67-39 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Maple Grove since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
