The Black Hills Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 23 points or more this season. They really took it to Centralia for the full four quarters, racking up a 61-34 victory on the road. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 32-12.
Black Hills' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ava Klovas led the charge by scoring 12 points along with seven rebounds. Tyler Venable was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Black Hills' victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-2. As for Centralia, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Aberdeen the next time they take the court. Black Hills will head out to face Aberdeen at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Centralia will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on January 17th.
