Bentley extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to six on Monday, dropping them down to 0-4. They lost 15-9 to the Genesee Wolves. Even though they lost, the Bulldogs' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.2 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).
Gage Bailey made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Bowman, who went 1-for-3 with four stolen bases and three runs.
