Service (Anchorage, Alaska) received a huge boost from its defense against Juneau-Douglas (Juneau, Alaska), as the unit scored 24 in defeating Juneau-Douglas (Juneau, Alaska), 58-10.
The Cougars were up 52-3 at the half after taking the lead on a

CJ Toomer in the first quarter.
A 33-point second quarter helped Service secure the big victory. SHS scored on a touchdown run by
Eric Pili, a touchdown pass by
Viliamu Aukusitino to
Marquese Robinson, a defensive touchdown, a defensive touchdown and a defensive touchdown in the quarter.
The Anchorage school's standout player in the win was Aukusitino. The senior quarterback threw two touchdowns. He has now scored 14 touchdowns on the season.
The Crimson Bears' lone touchdown came on a 9-yard pass in the third quarter.
The Cougars had given up an average of 13.9 points prior to the contest. Juneau-Douglas' 10 points were below its season average of 14.3 per game.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 64-21 win for Service.
