John Carroll extended the longest winning streak in MIAA B this week by beating St. Mary's, 31-21. The victory was the sixth in a row for the team.
Boys Latin and Kiski School played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Boys Latin eventually emerging with a 17-15 victory.
Brandon Lewis put up the best numbers through the air as John Carroll defeated the Saints. He finished with six completions for 111 yards and one touchdown. Lewis' favorite target this week was Austin Markley, who caught four passes for 89 yards.
Spencer Coyle provided a threat through the air and on the ground as St. Mary's lost to Rich Stichel's team. He completed 13 passes for 197 yards and also ran for 89 yards. Coyle's favorite target this week was Liam Kelley, who caught seven passes for 116 yards.
Bryce Corasco was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 160 yards on 23 carries as Steve Erxleben's team fell to the Patriots.
St. Mary's' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Saints feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Coyle has thrown for 1683 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Kelley has 33 catches for 697 yards. Corasco leads the league in rushing with 739 yards.
St. Paul's took down Annapolis Area Christian 57-8 last week, the largest margin of any game.
