Hurley was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Wright on Monday. The Northstars blew past the Red Devils 12-2. The Northstars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by ten runs or more this season.

The victory got Hurley back to even at 7-7. As for Wright, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-13.

Coming up, Hurley will be playing in front of their home fans against Northland Pines at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing isn't great for the Northstars: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while the Eagles have snatched up three consecutive wins on the road. As for Wright, they will venture away from home to square off against Ontonagon at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
