Adding to the longest winning streak in Ambassador this week, Western Christian beat Calvary Murrieta 47-27. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Fighting Lancers.
Western Christian took down the Warriors 47-27 last week, the largest margin of any game. Brad Hargis threw for 167 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 44 yards during the win.
Noah Korinek made the biggest impact on defense this week as Calvary Murrieta lost to Kevin Oberlander's team. He recorded 1 fumble.
Bradley Mowbray threw for 238 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Isaac Mowbray was the best wideout in the league this week as Arrowhead Christian lost to Linfield Christian. Mowbray tallied 5 receptions for 137 yards. Matthew Thompson helped Arrowhead Christian's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 69 yards.
The Eagles' Mowbray and Thompson have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Mowbray has thrown for 1,751 yards this season, while Thompson has 41 catches for 712 yards. Sarkis Panossian from the Fighting Lancers leads the league in rushing with 1,291 yards.
A big matchup in Ambassador this week will be when Western Christian takes on Arrowhead Christian. As it stands, the Fighting Lancers are in first, while John Beck's team is in third.

The top two offenses in the league, the Fighting Lancers comes in having scored 339 this season, while Arrowhead Christian has scored 258.
