 On the hitting side, Minooka saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Olivia Boyd, who  went 2-for-3 with one  stolen base and one  run. Another  was  Addisonn Crumly, who  went 2-for-4 with one  double and one  RBI.
Minooka's record now sits at 17-8. As for Plainfield South, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record  this season.

The Indians will  take on  Plainfield East  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday with a big rank  advantage  (35 vs. 107). Meanwhile,  Plainfield South (ranked 127th) will meet Bolingbrook (ranked 408th)  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
