Holy Trinity Catholic will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 1653rd, while Faith Academy is ranked 434th).
After soaring to 56 points the game before, Holy Trinity Catholic were a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They were dealt a 84-25 defeat at the hands of Brazos Christian. Holy Trinity Catholic has not had much luck with Brazos Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, Faith Academy had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.8 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They secured a 61-56 W over Live Oak Classical. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Holy Trinity Catholic dropped their record down to 0-12 with that defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road. As for Faith Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.
